The Faith At Home initiative supports the Catholic Church in strengthening youth engagement through strategic communication, leadership development, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on uniting parishes, schools, and community partners around a shared vision of faith-led youth empowerment.
Potiphar House Partners partnered with the Catholic Church to deliver strategic consultancy services focused on youth engagement, stakeholder alignment, and inter-parish communication. Our work involves the development and implementation of targeted communication frameworks, leadership development initiatives, and collaboration strategies that enhance the Church’s capacity to connect with young people. By integrating stakeholder management models and data-driven methodologies, we support the Church in strengthening its outreach, coordinating volunteers, and building a sustainable network between parishes, schools, and community organisations.
